Sal’s Tacos has been a landmark in West Sacramento for decades. It has an eclectic look, reminiscent of something you’d find in a small Mexican town where the locals go to eat, drink and have a conversation.

In 2018, Sal’s was acquired by Sr. Ernesto Delgado, who owns Tequila Museo Mayahuel and La Cosecha in Downtown Sacramento as well as Mesa Mercado in Carmichael. Sr. Delgado brings his love of Mexican culture, fresh foods sourced from the ‘Farm to Fork Capital of the World’, and his creativity to the iconic Sal’s.
