CW 31’s Good Day Sacramento is live and local with a jolt of fun, featuring more than 35 hours a week of local breaking news, weather, traffic, community features and interviews ranging from local notables to Hollywood names. Since the market is home to the 15th largest Hispanic population in the US, the show is translated live on the SAP channel through live interpreters; the only show in the country to translate this way. The show can switch its focus from all-encompassing program, to the major breaking news of the day. But the show’s hallmark is viewer interaction through the station website, on air calls, contesting live and even viewers “Skype-ing” live on Good Day from their living rooms.
